Take the Time to do it Right

Do it right, or do it twice.

I was raised on the saying “If you don’t have time to do it right, you must have time to do it twice.”

It’s one of those old adages that parents loved to remind you when you dusted around items on a shelf instead of removing the items, dusting the shelf, and then dusting the items themselves before returning them to a clean surface.
